In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. Execute end-to-end collections activities for an assigned customer portfolio (e.g., outreach cadence, dunning follow-up, promise-to-pay tracking, aging management) to support timely cash realization and working-capital outcomes. Manage complex/aged accounts by prioritizing actions, identifying root causes of delinquency, and coordinating resolution across stakeholders (e.g., sales, customer service, billing, cash application). Handle dispute and escalation management: triage, document, drive to closure, and escalate appropriately with clear recommendations and next steps; reduce repeat drivers where possible. o respond to customer/client and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding invoices, unapplied cash impacts, short pays, credits, and process clarifications; maintain professional written and verbal communication. Experience with erp systems (e.g., sap, oracle, microsoft dynamics) is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, competing priorities, and stakeholder communication in an sla-driven environment.preferred proficiency in ms excel and analytical reporting tools. Good verbal and written communication skills.
