Database & configuration: expert-level build experience—managing master files, category lists, and complex system logic. Environment management: proficiency in moving technical builds across environments (e.g., data courier or equivalent migration tools). Troubleshooting & support: experience managing high-priority (p1/p2) technical tickets using servicenow, cherwell, or similar itil tools. Core systems expertise (epic & alternatives) while we highly value epic (ambulatory, mychart, cadence) certifications, we are open to it analysts with equivalent technical experience in: oracle health (cerner millennium) meditech expanse altera/allscripts (sunrise/ touchworks) eclinicalworks (enterprise level) technical skill set interoperability: knowledge of hl7 messaging, api integrations, and telehealth technical setups. Mobile & digital tech: technical configuration of mobile platforms like haiku, canto, or patient-facing apps. Ai integration: exposure to integrating ambient ai (like nabla) into existing it workflows. Sdlc: strong understanding of the software development life cycle as it applies to healthcare systems.
