Job summary:
the objective of this role is to oversee and regulate the security department to safeguard assets and employees.
this position requires a strong background in security, with 5+ years of experience and a high school diploma or additional 5 years of related experience. The successful candidate will have prior supervisory experience and working knowledge of migratory processes, ccure 9000, and microsoft office.
* key responsibilities:
* regulate and supervise the security department to safeguard chamberlain assets and employees
* maintain equipment and continuously train the security team
* keep the security department manual updated
* conduct investigations and system analysis as needed
* report consequences of events
* monitor for violations of security procedures/regulations and report corrective measures
* provide support to security personnel based on identified needs
* manage relationships with neighboring plants to ensure an interplant security safe zone
* coordinate expatriate personnel and visitor applications for permits
* protect the organization's reputation by keeping information confidential
* lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team members
* drive performance management and compensation processes
* communicate organizational information through regular interpersonal communications
