Description:
We are seeking a talented Senior IT Business Analyst to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count you on to:
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of technology budgets, ensuring accuracy, timely tracking, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the procurement process for software licenses, subscriptions, hardware, and related services, including vendor research, quote comparisons, and purchase order management.
- Facilitate coordination of technology service requests, ensuring effective communication with vendors, adherence to contracts/SLAs, and timely issue resolution.
- Aid in coordinating technology initiatives and projects by tracking progress, supporting milestone adherence, and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools such as Power BI or Excel to generate insights, support decision-making, and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, contracts, and project updates for stakeholder review.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, acting as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT business analysis, procurement, vendor management, or financial support within a technology environment.
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, software licensing, and IT service management processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI or Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
