*what you will do? Job scope & purpose*:
the commission’s financial analyst is responsible to provide accurate and timely commission compensation processing and payments. Proactively assure the best customer service possible. Establishing and ensuring adherence to compensation plans and serve as a key point of contact for compensation issues and payment disputes for eligible employees. Providing information and support for business decision making and exception process. Prepare ad-hoc information for financial support.
*how you will do it? Essential job responsibilities*:
- provide accurate and timely commission compensation processing and payments.
- implement changes based on new compensation plans for employees or new contracts.
- serve as a key point of contact for compensation issues for eligible employees.
- demonstrate deep understanding of compensation plans.
- review and analyze compensation data and reconcile/resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- respond to inquiries from the field regarding compensation.
- respond to internal commission inquiries.
- establishing and ensuring adherence to compensation plans.
- collaborate with business partners (e.g., sales, hr, payroll, total rewards, finance, it etc.) who support commissionable employees to meet business objectives.
*what we look for? Position requirements*:
- excel advanced.
- fluent in english.
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics.
- two or more years of previous experience in payroll, compensation, total rewards, commissions, finance.
- customers focus oriented.
- detail oriented and ability to handle robust data information.
- excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
- strong written and oral communications skills.
- strong analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with seasoned management.
- must be organized, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
