the order and delivery management job role (odm) is responsible for order management and accountable for 100% clarification final check, monitoring and deliver orders according to sales order/project requirements for all products and services.
this role covers responsibilities within order execution for sales order and project deliveries, return and transportation.

- use modeling skills and documented best practice to develop solutions to meet agreed needs.
- work within established procedures requiring a moderate level of control and review.
- solve common problems with moderate scope and complexity.
- coordinate work and employees in projects.
- may act as a team lead or execute line manager tasks for small teams of instruction driven job roles.
