- manage legal compliance matrix in the area of plan, organize and implement the safe program.
- provide support in safety, hygiene and environmental functions.
- manage the proactive safety reporting program.
- lead projects and teams in health, safety and environment, leading them to meet the expectation of the same.
- manage the improvement ideas program, encouraging employee participation and increasing the kaizen culture.
- create, plan, lead and follow up the implementation of the teoa plan, to ensure that actions are visible and brought to closure.
- identify and organize the resources required to achieve a successful implementation according to the plan.
*requirements*:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- advanced english
- knowledge of legal compliance
- knowledge of iso * (is a plus)
- experience in handling of chemicals
