- define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.
- manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.
- proactive and able to catch signals and insights before the incidentdata analysis & modeling- analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- design and implement data models and flows within microsoft dataverse for scalable solutions.
- ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- application development & visualization- build and customize powerapps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- develop power bi dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.
- stakeholder collaboration- partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
- communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.required skills & qualifications- proven experience as a technical program manager in a technology-driven environment.strong proficiency in:- microsoft dataverse (data modeling, flows)- powerapps (custom app development)- power bi (reporting, dashboards, dax)- solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
