*descripción del empleothe internal communications specialist mx-co-ec will support all strategic internal communication planning and messaging to reflect h&m's dna and values.in this position, you will support the internal communications lead mx-co-ec to develop communication strategies for all our employees in mexico, colombia and ecuador.
you will collaborate with different departments as a key partner to provide the best internal communication strategy for our stores, offices and dcs that keep our staff informed, inspired and engaged.you will be part of a team whose mission is to raise the value of the h&m brand by making sure all relevant communication reaches the staff - aligned with our dna - as well as provide them with the right communication tools that support their roles in stores, office and dc.
*to be successful in the role we believe you*:- are an ambassador for the brand in every point of contact.- are an excellent communicator who is able to transform complex information into clear and/or inspiring messages, doing it in a timely, structured, clear and positive way.- are highly organized to work on different communications materials and projects at the same time.- provide feedback to peers and managers on communicating effectively, your team is an expert on "how" to communicate: you advise people on appropriate channels, audiences and information.- collaborate with different departments to make sure information is clear, consistent and on brand.- are skilled at creating locally relevant storytelling content through our internal communications channels.- engage the staff in creative ways by organizing competitions, activities and events around relevant launches or company moments (also follow up on winners, prizes, etc).- pro-actively search for relevant information and feedback internally and externally- actively promote our values and corporate culture to contribute to the success of our business.- provide structured and relevant feedback to the business.- help carry out kickoffs together with the commercial team.- support the employer branding strategy led by hr to ensure our employees are aligned with the company's purpose and messages.- coordination and follow up with agencies/suppliers is also relevant.
