*requirements*:
- serves as senior center human resources specialist
- establishes workforce planning strategies and initiatives to enhance the diversity employment opportunities for a diverse workforce including veterans, minorities and women, in conjunction with other hr professionals
- provides employee and labor management advisory services to hr professionals in the major organizations
- responds to higher level taskings and suspense
- participates initiatives and performs special assignments
- strong background in human resources/staffing/processing personnel actions is highly desirable.
- knowledge of the full range of federal hr affirmative employment, recruitment, and placement principles, concepts, practices, and analytical techniques.
- skill in advising management on controversial or sensitive, complex, and difficult recruitment, placement, and affirmative employment issues and problems.
- ability to express ideas and concepts and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- locate healthcare professionals through various sources, including the internet, referrals and nursing schools.
