- load and analysis of the information in the anexo 24 and 31
- coordinate and audit compliance in all foreign trade virtual operations
- keep wimx in the national importers registry
- actualization of the power of attorney conferred to the customs brokers
- formalities with the mexican government, especially with se and sat
- keep updated in the company erp all information related with the foreign trade
- inform timely to the rest of the company if amendment of existing customs law could impact the operation
- verification of pedimentos, attachments, electronic and digital documents
- review of the foreign trade operations report emitted by the sat (datastage) vs the customs broker reports
- calculate the corresponding taxes for foreign trade, adjustments, fines and late fees
- coordinate all import/export operations (air, sea and ground)
- negotiation of customs broker services tariffs
- negotiation of tariffs with freight suppliers
- designate preferred suppliers for custom services and freights
