Build, configure, and implement solutions on the servicenow platform, including custom applications and integrations. Technical guidance:provide support and technical insight to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Completion of coursework ( egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry ~ responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks ~ advanced english levelexperience in configuring and customizing servicenow modules such as itsm, itom, and hrsd will be valued. (knowledge of javascript, web technologies (html, css), and integration methods (rest/soap apis) is preferred. Exposure to workflow automation and scripting within servicenow or comparable platforms is advantageous. Solution design & implementation:ability to design, develop, and implement servicenow solutions based on business requirements, including custom applications, integrations, and enhancements. Business analysis & communication: testing & quality assurance:experience in developing test plans, facilitating user acceptance testing (uat), and ensuring solutions meet quality standards. Commitment to identifying opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and adoption of servicenow best practices.
