We are seeking a talented individual to fill a critical sales role in our b2b and e-commerce sector. As a sales development specialist, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential sellers across mexico through market analysis and field research.
key responsibilities:
* market explorer:
o conduct thorough market analysis and field research to identify high-potential sellers
* growth architect:
o develop customized growth strategies to increase gmv through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics, promotional campaign planning, and more
* operational partner:
o guide sellers through platform onboarding, including sku optimization, listing creation, logistics setup
o provide regular performance reviews with actionable improvement plans
requirements:
* fluent professional english (written and spoken)
* bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in marketing, business, e-commerce, or related fields
* strong excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) and basic data analysis capability
* experience in b2b sales or e-commerce is a plus
* understanding of mexican manufacturing clusters is required
