We are seeking a human resources & general affairs assistant manager to lead key departmental operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with organizational processes. This role plays a strategic part in talent management, departmental administration, and coordination of general services.
key responsibilities
* implement, develop, and improve hr processes, policies, and departmental structure.
* design, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection strategies for operational, administrative, and specialized roles.
* review and validate pre-payroll, ensuring accurate recording of incidents, movements, and approvals.
* supervise the operation and compliance of general services.
* prepare and present departmental kpis and key performance indicators.
* lead administrative disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor actions.
* represent the department during internal/external audits and stps, imss, or iso reviews.
* manage training, development, and performance evaluation programs, including needs assessment and annual scheduling.
* manage and optimize the hr & ga budget, including vendor contracting and expense control.
job requirements
* bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, human capital, industrial relations, or a related field.
* at least 5 years of experience in human resources.
* advanced microsoft office skills.
* experience with payroll and hcm platforms.
* strong understanding of labor regulations.
* intermediate–advanced english proficiency.
* leadership, decision-making, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
