About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join Salesforce Partner Marketing—reporting into the Partner Experience team.

This team defines the channel strategy and manages end-to-end execution for all partner-facing campaigns, globally. In this role, you will contribute to Salesforce’s thriving consulting partner ecosystem by ensuring that partners have what they need to scale their investment in Salesforce. You will also serve as an expert and consult with co-marketing team, helping them amplify their co-marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for a range of activities, including but not limited to:

- Paid Media: Manage budget, execution, and optimization of various paid media campaigns, working closely with our agency (and partnering across teams to inform strategy).
- Email Marketing & Journeys: Own the development and deployment of integral newsletters or standalone emails, including the management of distribution lists.
- Web Engagement Management: Publish new content to Salesforce.com and update existing content to ensure optimal online interactions.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze digital channel KPIs and leverage insights to identify partner channel growth opportunities, enhancing partner experience and journey.
- Project Management: Maintain and evolve project trackers and digital schedules.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who’s curious to learn and ready to contribute!

- 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including managing paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Experience running programs that involve vendors and agencies
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, DV360, Wordpress, LinkedIn ads and working with a CMS
- Skilled in marketing automation tools like Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), or eager to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to easily switch between tasks and projects, paying close attention to details
- Proven track record working across various teams and managing ambiguity
- Experience in B2B or SaaS
