They will help define and maintain a new brand identity as we transition into an ai company.you will lead and mentor designers, partner closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate positioning into decks, visuals, and digital experiences that support business goals. This role is a mix of brand strategist, creative lead, and senior designer who understands us culture, communicates fluently in english, and can execute as well as direct.key responsibilities:brand strategy and identitylead the definition and rollout of a brand's updated visual identity system, including logos, typography, color, layout, graphic language, iconography, etc.maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.serve as the internal brand guardian, helping teams understand not just how to use the brand, but why.creative direction and design team leadership
