We are seeking a *junior administrative office specialist* who will support our epam contractors and subcontractors with contract administration and documentation.
Responsibilities
- assist in the creation and administration of contracts and agreements with epam contractors/subcontractors in various countries
- engage in regular communications with contractors/subcontractors to address agreement-related queries
- manage the collection of necessary accompanying documentation
- oversee the termination of service agreements and the closure of cooperation
- act as the primary contact for all administrative concerns related to contractors, facilitating regular interactions with contractors/subcontractors and epam departments
- contribute to the development of contractors-related processes
- assist in developing and maintaining a contract templates database
- handle workflows within epam's internal systems
- participate in the preparation of policies and local guidelines
*requirements*:
- at least 1 year of work experience in similar administrative roles
- proficiency in written and spoken english
- skills in handling documentation with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- proven communication skills and completed higher education
- qualifications in excellent time management
- capability to manage a large amount of information, readiness for multitasking, and a problem-solving mindset
- competency in setting goals, achieving them, showing resistance to stress, and maintaining a high level of self-control
- background in high self-management, task prioritization, and organizing skills with the ability to cope with an intensive workload
