your mission
lead and execute the full marketing strategy across both platforms — translating positioning into campaigns that generate demand, accelerate sales, and strengthen market presence.
this is not a coordination role.
this is a leadership and execution role with direct business impact.
what you’ll own
* end-to-end marketing strategy.
* positioning and messaging development.
* b2b demand generation focused on the u.s. market.
* multi-channel campaign design and optimization (content, paid media, email, partnerships).
* growth experimentation and continuous optimization.
* close collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.
* kpi tracking and performance-driven decision-making.
* building scalable, sustainable acquisition engines.
your work will directly influence pipeline, revenue, and brand positioning.
who you are
* 10+ years of marketing experience (ideally in saas, startups, or marketplace businesses).
* strong b2b marketing experience, particularly targeting the u.s. market.
* proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
* experience across:
o content strategy & storytelling
o demand generation
o growth marketing
o paid media & campaign experimentation
* advanced to fluent english (required).
* highly analytical and data-driven.
* excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* high ownership mentality and proactive mindset.
* thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
nice to have
* experience scaling marketing in early or growth‑stage companies.
* familiarity with crm, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
* experience working closely with founders or executive teams.
location
candidates must be based in mexico or latin america.
strong preference for guadalajara-based professionals.
