- define scope and manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance.
- oversee the financial performance for roll-out phases in line with budgetary stipulations.
- drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.
- uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action as necessary.
- set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely reciprocation.
- monitor the invoicing life cycle in the implementation phase to secure optimal financial performance.
- report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.
- assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to ericsson and customer directives and standards.
