We’re looking for bilingual *customer service agents* to join our healthcare team!
You’ll assist patients with billing and insurance questions, process payments and claims, and ensure accurate medical information in our system.
*main responsibilities*:
- handle inbound/outbound calls related to billing inquiries.
- process insurance claims and payments.
- review and correct medical codes.
- collaborate with billing teams (ar, coding, ivs).
*requirements*:
- advanced english level (spoken and written).
- excellent communication and empathy skills.
- typing speed: 35 wpm.
- experience in healthcare or billing

*full-time*: 40 or super48 hrs/week (between 7am-7pm)
pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
