key responsibilities
* ensure all cheques transactions are processed accurately without defects by conducting quality checks and providing timely feedback.
* perform daily reconciliations of internal suspense accounts to maintain zero differences.
* investigate link failures or high value differences, prepare reports, and inform management with remedial action plans.
* provide training to new members, monitor their performance, and ensure they complete queues as per slas.
* deputize the team in absence of line manager and assign work to staff.
