Role overview we are looking for a paid social associate director to lead and mentor a high‑performing team, drive client growth, and enhance our paid social capabilities. Proficiency in spoken and written english at an advanced level is required for this role. Key responsibilities lead and manage a pod of team members, ensuring effective bandwidth, sentiment, and utilization. Oversee development of team members, providing coaching, feedback, and career progression. Create a positive team culture and champion team experience. Deliver high‑quality products for clients in the pod. Proactively craft and execute solutions that facilitate effective collaboration within the pod. Ensure delivery of top‑tier product for your book of business. Develop marketing skills and elevate strategic capabilities of team members. Manage your book of business, monitoring account performance, sentiment, and standing to retain and grow clients. Employ ai technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage power digital's nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Serve as a key leader on designated accounts and a point of escalation for strategy and account performance. Act as a strategic leader for marquee accounts formally as an account director or informally as a key resource. Demonstrate top‑tier performance marketing and business acumen. Role requirements legally able to work in the u.s. without visa sponsorship. 3 years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency, including 1.5 years on meta. 2 years of e‑commerce experience. Strong excel and data analysis skills. Experience with google analytics, shopify, and other technical platforms. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to ask clarifying questions. Strong enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment to paid social and client work. Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for knowledge and personal growth. Key performance indicators (kpis) maintain performance and retention of clients in pod. Unforecasted churn under 10% of managed revenue annually for pod. 100% net revenue retention. Team member bandwidth, sentiment & performance. 95% team retention rate and positive sentiment in 15five (4). Active team collaboration with department and company initiatives. Team hitting or surpassing client performance goals on 100% of designated accounts or planned strategy and established goals on 100% of managed clients. Most important things (mits) management of pod (3 team members). Ensure delivery of a great product to clients. Key leader on designated accounts.
