key responsibilities:
* proactively initiating conversations with prospects and clients via phone, email and messaging apps, and ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed by calls, emails and messaging apps.
* converting prospective clients from various sources into active funded and traded clients and establish a long-term relationship with active clients.
* ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner.
* educating prospects and clients about vantage's product offerings, platform features and tools, and provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients.
* assist on client behavior analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities.
to succeed in this role, you bring:
* degree in finance, business, marketing or relevant fields is highly preferred.
* at least 1 year of experience in cfd trading brokers is mandatory.
* experience in outbound sales and lead conversion in cfd brokers.
* experience with broker operations, such as payments, commissions, withdrawals, etc.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, other languages welcome.
* strong communication skills and excellent team player.
* highly organized and detail oriented.
