* key responsibilities:
* develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury experiences, products, and services.
* maintain and strengthen brand identity across all channels (website, social media, print, etc.).
* monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts or tourism.
* strong expertise in digital marketing (seo, sem, social media, email automation tools).
* proficiency in analytics tools (google analytics, meta business suite, crm systems).
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* creative thinker with strong project management and leadership abilities.
* knowledge of the cancún/riviera maya market and key travel industry trends.
