in this strategic position, you will oversee timelines, deliverables, and team alignment while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will co-lead initiatives to ensure compliance with project management (pm) standards and client expectations. Regular team check-ins will support collaboration and address challenges. Additionally, you will analyze performance metrics, prepare stakeholder reports, and contribute to strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

* drive project success: lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

* stakeholder engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* risk management: proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
* continuous improvement: analyze project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives that enhance overall project performance.
what you bring
* academic background : electrical, mechanical or management engineering and project management. Certification in pmp or equivalent certification, is a plus.
* experience: proven experience +7 years in project management or organizing and leading project teams in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience in power transformers business, is a plus.
* leadership skills: strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration towards common goals.
* analytical mindset: excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.
* communication proficiency: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey project updates and engage with diverse stakeholders.
* technical acumen: familiarity with project management software and tools. Knowledge in sap, is a plus.
* english at professional working proficiency level.
* willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time
