you will ensure that services provided to our customers remain consistently available and meet our service level agreement (sla) performance levels.
this role requires a hands-on approach, performing on-site activities and ensuring adherence to project ohs requirements.
*what you will do:*- conduct corrective maintenance activities and manage site facility operations in data centers.
- ensure safe work environment through inspection and risk assessment, adherence to ppe guidelines, and reporting potential safety hazards on-site.
- handle site information management, monitoring and updating as needed whilst reporting health and safety incidents promptly.
- supervise third parties on site ensuring safety measures are met and unsafe behaviors are addressed.
- carry out on-site service activation/deactivation, data collection for optimization, preventive maintenance and spare part handling.
- manage site access permissions, implementing security instructions, escalating security incidents, and safeguarding the site from unauthorized access.
