- confirm receipt of subpoenas and follow up with the appropriate entities.
- work across multiple platforms to conduct research and manage records.
- ensure that all documentation complies with hipaa and relevant regulations.
- manage calendar and deadlines to prioritize urgent tasks.
- process invoices related to record retrieval.
- meet internal productivity and quality benchmarks.
*qualifications*
- high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative work, or call center.
- experience in a legal, medical, or records-related setting is preferred.
- comfortable navigating multiple systems and using tools like google workspace.
- excellent organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
