position overview
midea is looking for a warehouse inventory control specialist to oversee warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy across our logistics network.
this role combines operational warehouse knowledge with strong analytical and administrative capabilities to monitor performance, optimize processes, and ensure warehouses operate efficiently and according to company standards.
the position requires close collaboration with global teams, including china, and the ability to support cross-regional coordination when needed.
key responsibilities
* monitor and ensure warehouse operations are executed accurately and on time across facilities.
* oversee inventory control processes, including stock reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
* analyze warehouse performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
* coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of logistics and inventory processes.
* support project management initiatives focused on operational efficiency and results.
* prepare reports and presentations on inventory performance and operational metrics.
* ensure proper erp/wms usage for inventory tracking and warehouse operations.
* communication with global teams and stakeholders to align operational processes.
qualifications
education
* bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, international business, or a related field.
experience
* experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
* background in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics operations.
* experience in analysis, strategy, and administrative coordination within warehouse operations.
technical skills
* excel (intermediate–advanced): pivot tables, data analysis, inventory comparison.
* experience with erp or warehouse management systems (wms).
* ability to analyze operational data and generate reports.
requirements
* intermediate english (communication with international teams).
* availability to attend meetings across different time zones.
* willingness to travel 2–3 times per year if required.
