Key account manager job description
we are seeking a skilled key account manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to grow sales with key b2c accounts.

* build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.
* collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives tailored to b2c accounts.
* analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
* negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
* monitor account performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
* prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to b2c accounts.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
* minimum of 5 years of experience in b2c sales, account management, or a related role.
* proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
* strong communication skills – both verbal and written - enabling persuasive presentations and negotiations.
* excellent organizational abilities combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) along with experience using crm software tools used throughout the organization.
