*what you will do:*oversees the administration and continual improvement of quality management systems.knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.responsabilities:• supporting development of quality assurance strategies, processes, guidelines and control plans which assure quality and reliability of manufactured products.
• leading the development and implementation of corrective action and preventive measures to achieve quality targets.
• investigating and addressing trends with internal and external non-conformance.
• leading, managing and developing multiple teams, team leaders, quality specialists and inspectors to assure that quality standards are met.
• driving change based on data; reviewing reports to review with quality assurance, production, management, and engineering personnel to solve quality issues.
*skills you have*decision making and critical thinking:* knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.influencing: knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
*lean manufacturing:* knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.

*quality management system (qms):* knowledge of quality management system's (qms) functions, features, and capabilities; ability to design, implement, test, and maintain quality management systems to consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory compliances.
*relationship management:* knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
*basic requirements:*education:* industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field.
*experience:* minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, quality, or manufacturing engineering.
*experience in:* application of continuous improvement / lean / six sigma tools; personnel management as a supervisor/leader (line and/or administrative)*english level:* intermediate*top candidates will also have:*master's degree in: quality/productivity, business administration (mba), or project managementtraining as a six sigma black beltleadership skills: ability to train personnel, manage teams, and promote a culture of quality at the source.english level: pre-advanced*note: this position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
