essential duties
* process weekly payroll accurately.
* ensure compliance with mexican labor laws and company policies.
* maintain and update employee payroll records.
* perform audits of payroll and personnel data.
* calculate and process bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
* review tax calculations and handle payroll discrepancies.
* submit reports to authorities and support audits.
* assist with annual declarations and profit sharing.
minimum qualifications
* high school diploma or equivalent.
* at least two years of payroll processing experience in mexico.
* experience managing imss processes and using sua and idse platforms.
* knowledge of infonavit, fonacot, and sat obligations.
* strong skills in microsoft excel.
* understanding of cfdi for payroll.
* attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
* ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
