*role overview*:
you’ll be a crucial part of our tech backbone — keeping systems smooth and helping launch new projects fast.
*key responsibilities*:
*crm posting & integrations* (salesforce, gohighlevel, leadspedia, etc.)
- build, troubleshoot, and maintain crm post urls
- diagnose/fix posting errors (field mismatches, missing ids, etc.)
*wordpress admin tasks*
- full site setup (install wordpress, connect domain, ssl setup)
- build landing pages from figma designs
- perform basic site edits and maintenance
*automation & integration*
- set up and monitor webhooks
- troubleshoot hosting and deliverability issues
*site health monitoring*
- uptime checks, ssl renewals, speed optimization
*data management & analytics*
- organize, clean, and maintain structured data for reporting
- google data studio / looker studio experience is a major plus
*team communication*
- daily slack check-in: "today i finished x, tomorrow i’m doing y
- weekly 15-min sync with leadership
*requirements*:
- crm posting experience (salesforce, ghl, leadspedia preferred)
- wordpress admin skills (site setup, edits, plugins)
- strong english communication (zoom-ready)
- a self-starter mindset: “i fix it before you notice it broke”
- comfortable using slack, trello, and google sheets
- available monday-friday for 6-hour shifts starting between 8-11 am est
- stable internet connection (video calls required)
*bonus skills (not required, but valued)*:
- google data studio / looker studio reporting experience
- advanced data management and spreadsheet skills (vlookups, formulas)
- laravel (basic familiarity helpful)
- seo (basic on-page, title/meta tags, speed optimization)
- experience in marketing or lead-gen environments
*compensation*:
- $9-$10/hour usd (based on experience)
- paid weekly (wise, payoneer, or preferred method)
- bonuses + raises based on performance and reliability

- babysitting tasks
- waiting for micro-management
- disappearing when stuck
