We are looking for a proactive and organized to support the ceo of our business unit. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and being the right hand to an executive leader, this role is for you.
what you’ll do
* prepare high-impact executive presentations and reports in english and spanish.
* manage the ceo’s calendar and ensure smooth coordination of meetings and commitments.
* track kpis, analyze data, and prepare summaries for decision-making.
* review contracts and coordinate with internal teams.
* support event planning, travel arrangements, and day-to-day executive operations.
what we’re looking for
* bachelor’s degree (administration, international relations, business, or similar).
* advanced english – both written and spoken.
* strong skills in excel, powerpoint, and communication .
* organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with executives.
