Our ideal candidate is a results-driven operations manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.


job description

as an integral part of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to generate incremental sales across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on scaling our portfolio brands in a fast and sustainable manner.

* define the brand's business and operations strategy to drive sales growth across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.
* lead the business planning and team management for assigned brands from our portfolio.
* manage profit and loss statements, oversee budget spending, and ensure exceptional results.
* analyze data to make informed business decisions, focusing on key performance indicators such as sessions, conversion rates, sale rates, shipping costs, and delivery times.

key responsibilities:

* create and monitor business plans, ensuring alignment with costs, timeframes, and necessary resources.
* serve as a team leader and project manager for launching innovations or category brand extensions.
* design and execute initiatives to increase sales and improve profitability.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
* develop catalog extension strategies to turn innovation into a growth engine for assigned brands.
* coordinate work plans with demand and logistics teams to ensure permanent product availability.
* supervise plans for continuous improvement of brand listings in each channel to boost conversion rates.


requirements

to succeed in this role, you will need:

* a minimum of 5 years of experience in positions where data analysis and decision-making are critical components.
* 2+ years of experience in the e-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
* proven track record of managing teams and influencing stakeholders in dynamic environments.
* experience creating strategic business plans using internal and external insights that deliver meaningful outcomes.
* strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
* ability to develop growth initiatives while working with cross-functional teams.
* excellent organizational, methodical, and process-driven skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in agile environments.
* results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving initiatives to execution.
* creativity and strategic vision to develop businesses, thinking beyond today's goals.
* fluent english communication skills, both written and verbal.
