responsibilities
- design and implement ai-enabled software development frameworks, integrating spec-driven development (sdd) across the entire software lifecycle
- integrate ai capabilities into development platforms (e.g., github) for automated code generation, testing, and integration workflows
- lead the design and implementation of solutions based on spec-driven development
- drive adoption of ai-based practices across projects, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and maximizing efficiency
- collaborate with development teams to ensure technical alignment
- implement and promote the use of tools such as openspec or similar
- design scalable and resilient cloud-native architectures
- oversee devops practices, ci/cd pipelines, and automation
- provide technical mentorship to developers and engineers
requirements
- strong experience in spec-driven development or similar approaches
- experience with openspec or equivalent tools
- practical knowledge of github copilot
- software development background (hands-on coding)
- knowledge of cloud-native architectures: * microservices * containerization
* kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms * ci/cd and devops * immutable infrastructure -

- preferred: cloud architecture certifications (aws, azure, gcp)
