responsibilities
the opportunity
as a supply chain customer service analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing collaborative strategies that ensure efficient, profitable, and customer-focused forecasting and replenishment processes. Your work will directly impact on-shelf availability for savory dsd (detail store distribution) customers in organized trade, driving value for both pmf and our clients while delivering against service level agreements and joint business plans (aop & s&op).
this role plays a key part in enhancing our cpfr (collaborative planning, forecasting & replenishment) model and advancing our customer-centric agenda through the use of digital tools and tailored strategies, supporting vmi (vendor managed inventory) implementation and pepsico méxico's futuro transformation.
ultimately, you'll help position pmf as a trusted advisor and top-tier supplier by delivering outstanding customer care experiences that build strong, long-term relationships.

your impact
as part of your responsibilities, you will:
* design tailored supply models for each client, aligned with pmf's annual goals, sales strategies, and client-specific delivery needs (dsd).
* forecast demand (sell-in and sell-out) using data insights such as consumption trends, elasticity, seasonality, and commercial events.
* execute commercial plans for key accounts (e.g., walmart), ensuring optimal inventory levels and replenishment algorithms aligned with client requirements.
* maintain accurate replenishment data including catalogs, product-store combinations, forecasts, and promotional calendars.
* monitor key client kpis (sell-in, in-stock) and implement corrective actions to address deviations promptly.
* drive collaboration with key customers (e.g., walmart) to co-develop accurate forecasts and efficient inventory strategies.
* plan for peak seasons and events, ensuring the right product volume is available while avoiding excess inventory at point-of-sale.
* lead joint planning sessions (top-to-top, logistics jbp) to align supply chain processes and improve value delivery.
* coordinate with regional sales development to support local and regional initiatives that positively impact sales, distribution, and market share.
* own customer service metrics (fr, otif, in-stock %, vp, stock-outs), and lead initiatives to consistently deliver high performance in supplier evaluations (e.g., advantage survey).
* act as the supply chain voice in front of clients, ensuring their strategic goals are understood and supported.
* foster a culture of service excellence, team development, and proactive problem-solving.
qualifications

education
* bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
experience & skills
* minimum of 5+ years leading cpfr processes.
* proven ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams.
* skilled in translating business needs into effective solutions and process designs.
* solid understanding of system interdependencies in production and replenishment planning, as well as customer delivery.
* advanced excel proficiency.
* advanced english proficiency.
* strong adherence to technical standards, methodologies, and strategic frameworks.
* ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address customer needs.
* excellent collaboration skills across multiple business layers and functions.
* comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
