Improvement of CPP according to the established Budget.
Attention National and Foreign Suppliers for the improvement of Cutting Tools.
Generation and Administration of KPIS for the control of the CPP. (Control charts)
TDM internal follow-up and contact with Gifhon to standardize processes.
TDM handling Tool Crib (Related with cost center, supplier's, inventories)
Data Interpretation ( Production Issues, Historical Macro Htas)
Monitoring and Updating tool designs and fixtures.
Updates and tracking to Model Changes
Lessons Learned, Share and Create (Documentation)
Documentation of process improvements (WI, Visual Aids, Presentations).
Action plans to improve the process.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering or Related.
- Experience with cutting tools / Machines And Tools - Experience with Inventories
- Experience managing KPIs
- 3 year experience in machining process
control charts.
- Knowledge of CPP
- Work Team
- Use of Methodologies A3, 8D's
- Intermediate English
- Office manage
