This role includes providing technical support to internal teams and external partners (such as dealers and suppliers), maintaining local it infrastructure, and acting as the primary liaison between the mexico office and group it at headquarters.key responsibilities:system implementation & support- coordinate the implementation and post-go-live support of sap, dms, and other core systems.- monitor system functionality and performance, resolving issues and suggesting improvements.- manage system user access, permissions, and training to ensure effective and secure use.- maintain clear documentation such as system user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and faqs.- collaborate closely with group it to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.technical support & help desk- serve as the first point of contact for it-related issues, including desktop support and network troubleshooting.- record, track, and follow up on it support tickets to ensure timely resolution.- provide assistance with smart devices (e.g., tablets) and ensure proper configuration.- maintain accurate inventory of it hardware and software assets.- support the rollout and maintenance of new it equipment and software solutions.communication & coordination- act as the main it contact for internal teams, dealers, and suppliers, offering guidance and technical support.- gather and analyze local it needs, reporting them to group it for alignment and action.- facilitate training sessions and onboarding on it systems for new users.- propose and help implement process enhancements to improve it operations and system use.requirements:education & experience- bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in it coordination, help desk support, or system administration.- automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.- experience with mobile/smart devices is a plus.core competencies- customer service orientation and strong communication skills.- problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- high learning agility and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.- team player with intercultural awareness.- fluent in english
