about the position
we are looking for a quality coordinator to join the quality ride dynamics team, reporting directly to the quality manager. This position is based at our office in derramadero, coahuila. As the quality coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer satisfaction through efficient management of customer claims and complaints, field analysis, and investigations to improve product reliability and reduce warranty costs, supported by plant customer quality and process quality engineers.
your responsibilities
* responsible for monitoring and controlling all production processes, evaluating and approving corrective actions, and producing quality metrics for managerial review.
* coordinate activities for service and customer support, and conduct internal audits to monitor adherence to customer requirements.
what qualifications you will bring
* engineering degree or another completed diploma; a bachelor’s degree.
* good english knowledge.
* 3–5 years within the automotive sector.

reinforce standard procedures, methods, and tools to pursue customer satisfaction through efficient management of claims and complaints, field analysis, and investigations to improve product reliability. Develop transversal action plans; manage absenteeism and ensure required quality levels; perform scrap data collection and analysis to identify root causes and support scrap reduction; reduce quality risks in manufacturing by supporting risk assessment and mitigation (e.g., p-fmea) and initial releases of processes and components; validate and maintain control plans, qa network, and control instructions across all process phases; ensure customer claims management through systematic 8d enhanced reports in cooperation with customer quality.
