we are seeking a dedicated and proactive director of sales to develop the commercial strategy for the company's growth within the b2b sector, tasked with enhancing market presence, fortifying business relationships, and overseeing a sales team to ensure the business objectives.
key responsabilities:
* formulate the sales business plan and implement strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
* oversee the sales department, offering guidance and oversight to the sales team to attain sales goals and growth.
* identify and cultivate business opportunities with retail channels and new b2b clients.
* enhance relationships with current customers to ensure enduring satisfaction and loyalty.
* conduct a thorough analysis of the market and competitors to inform decision-making and sustain a competitive edge.
* collaborate with various departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure that business strategies align with the overarching objectives of the company.
* manage budgets, report outcomes, and analyze sales kpis to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
* ensure the integration of optimal business and customer service practices in the team's daily operations.
* oversee the effective use of crm by the team to deliver commercial insights to management.
* develop the commercial strategy for the launch and growth of new channels. Coordinating daily vending routes.
* follow up of the budget and expenses for the sales department and managing it.
* coordinate the marketing strategy and operations with the marketing company.
requirements:
qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing, business or a related field.
* minimum of 5 years of experience as commercial director or commercial manager
* 5 - 7 years of experience leading sales teams (al least 5 persons)
* 3 - 5 years of experience in the retaill and self-service sectors.
* strong knowledge of crm use and administration.
* excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
* advanced english
