job requirements:
* bachelors degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate.
* with or without experience are encourage to apply.
* willing to undergo training.
* willing to work using emails and calls with customers.
* amendable to work onsite.
* amendable to attend face to face interview.
job responsibilities:
* act as the primary customer contact for shipping-related inquiries
* provide order status updates, delivery confirmations, and shipment tracking information.
* arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight forwarders
* prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
* monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival
* resolve shipping issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies with carriers
