we are also looking for support at our international location in mexico city and ho chi minh city.
what you do
* format laptops and install necessary software and updates
* provide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issues
* troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
* manage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
* participate in team meetings and collaborate with other it staff
* learn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as aws, azure, and google cloud platform
* assist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions
* keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
* provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
who you are
* several years of experience in desktop support or a related field
* strong knowledge of windows and mac operating systems
* experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
* familiarity with cloud technologies such as aws, azure, or google cloud platform (preferred but not required)
* excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
* strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
* bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred but not required)
* good level of english
