Key Responsibilities
Role of AI
- Content Repurposing (OpusClip, Captions.ai, Descript, CapCut): Turn one athlete video into multiple formats for TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Content Scheduling & Testing (Metricool, Later.com): Automate posting schedules and maximize reach.
- Copywriting & Caption Variants (ChatGPT, Jasper): Keep the brand’s voice fresh across platforms.
- Community Automation (ManyChat + Klaviyo): Build DM flows, capture leads, and enable follow‑ups.
Role of Employee
- Klaviyo Email Marketing: Create 2 branded content emails per month for current subscribers and plan ahead for seasonal sales and promotions.
- Oversee AI Tools: Ensure the content pipeline flows smoothly and outputs align with brand standards.
- Content Library Management: Manage the team’s content library and coordinate uploads with the team.
- Content Approval: Review AI‑generated captions/cuts and maintain consistency with the brand.
- Track Athlete Performance: Monitor athlete content delivery and performance against deadlines.

Experience & Skills
