* technical activities: understand software and system architecture; collaborate with it and infrastructure teams; ensure deployment quality and stability.
* documentation and knowledge transfer: develop deployment plans; identify risks; conduct post-deployment reviews; maintain documentation; create processes and diagrams.
* collaboration: work with development, testing, and operations teams; communicate schedules and issues; optimize deployment processes.
* learning and coaching: stay updated on technologies; mentor colleagues; lead deployment teams to deliver solutions on time and budget.
