role description
this is a full-time, on-site role for a concierge at the grand luxxe residence club located in nuevo vallarta, nayarit. The concierge will assist guests with reservations, provide personalized recommendations, perform receptionist duties, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, problem resolution, and fostering exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
qualifications
experience in concierge services and reservations management
strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests
proficiency in receptionist duties and general administrative tasks
proven skills in delivering excellent customer service
fluency in english and spanish is highly advantageous
strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
previous experience in luxury hospitality settings preferred
