Position summary: function as the primary contact for customers, responsible for the development of new business and maintaining current business with new and current customers of regal.
business relationships and communication are key to ensure all needs from the customer are properly understood and addressed.
market share growth, product development support, sales skills, customer service, customer retention, executive presence, follow up and action planning are key elements for the position major responsibilities: responsible for visiting regularly and communicating properly with customers on all levels to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed develop new business with new and current customers whit strong business relationships while improving customer experience.
review technical requirements for new products from customers insuring proper mechanical and electrical fit to application.
link to the internal engineering team as necessary for development of new products, changes to existing products, failure correction, etc.
keep customers up to date with the latest product offerings from regal.
identify opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenue.
follow up with the appropriate contacts on quality issues, late payments, customer training, forecasts and overall customer reports.
ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict, develop alternatives, and compromise appropriately comprehensive knowledge of incoterms and sales terminology.
required education / experience / skills: bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred) business administration, international commerce, or related field +3 years' experience in chvac business, proven experience in sales for the latam region including aftermarket and oem's self-motivated, strong work ethic and ability to remain calm under pressure ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict, develop alternatives, and compromise appropriately ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities/accounts simultaneously superior interpersonal and listening skills position located in queretaro, mx travel: 50% of their time english: bilingual about regal rexnord regal rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
