Job description:
as a key member of our digital credit platform support team, you will be responsible for resolving user issues related to java microservices applications. You will analyze and investigate problems, review logs to identify errors, and contact users to better understand their concerns.
you will work collaboratively with other teams to resolve user issues and participate in the entire software development life cycle (sdlc) for delivering new features. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the support for spring mvc, apis, and java microservice applications.

required skills and qualifications:
* + 1 year using core java for production support for microservices applications or +3 years as a developer for this kind of applications based on java
* spring framework +2 years of experience as a developer but preferably as a support engineer
* spring apis +1 year experience whether at development or preferably support
* able to maintain fluent conversation in english both understanding what is being told and expressing ideas clearly to others
* taste for supporting users with it issues
* taste for analysis and investigation
* taste for collaborating with teammates and with other teams to resolve issues
