Hr generalist
*responsibilities*:
- to register new hire personnel for imss coverage.
- benefits activation in the system (marriage, childbirth, relative’s death, first medical leave, and additional days).
- attention to the personnel that wants to resign (process paper work for final payment).
- to register disciplinary reports, incapacity, and line, shift, department and supervisor changes within the tress system; as well as fill out of the corresponding paperwork.
- locker assignation and control for union employees.
- attention and daily assistance in regards to general doubts to all personnel.
- to generate ids and general letters (infonavit, fonacot, immigration, banorte, day care.)
- to deliver payment receipts to the personnel on a weekly basis, except for the american personnel.
- on mondays, generate the report for the personnel that did not punch out and request the payment to the payroll area.
- to generate all changes according to the approval for trial period to union employees in tress system (job profile changes, classification, salary, area, and contract renovation.)
- to run tress and kronos interfaces when required and report any problem with these processes.
- to keep all union and regular employees up-to-date in accordance with the supervisors in the kronos system and make changes when required by the supervisor.
- to request payroll cards to the bank (banorte) for new hire employees and for the replacement of lost or damaged ones.
- must be trained per the curriculum assigned by the training department.
- to keep the files of all employees updated with the required official documentation.
- to prepare a resignations file per month and then submit it to the documentation department
- union personnel recruitment and selection.
- to inform the new personnel about their benefits and obligations.
- to approve payment requests such as vacation, economic days, etc. in workflow.
- to write disciplinary reports and letters when required.
- to provide support in anniversary events, picnics, holiday parties, etc.
*qualifications*:
- university degree in administration and/or human resources or industrial relations.
- 1-2 years’ experience minimum required in human resources department,
- experience in imss procedures,
- experience in tress system
- experience in recruitment and hiring union personnel.
- customer service oriented, good communications skills, teamwork.
- computer skills (ms office)
- proactive and ability to talk with people.
- bilingual (english / spanish). (preferred)
