we are seeking a skilled business systems analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal teams and external clients.
* the successful candidate will work closely with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define existing business processes, requirements, and systems goals.
* he/she will analyze and review software capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for automation.
key responsibilities include meeting with stakeholders to understand business needs, performing analysis on process improvements, and analyzing software capabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills, as well as strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in mis or relevant business experience is required.
* a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or erp administrator is preferred.
* sound knowledge of p2p and o2c cycle is necessary.
* knowledge of sage x3-manufacturing module is an asset.
* strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies is essential.
* flexibility and adaptability in regards to learning and understanding new technologies is required.
