assist in processing payroll for the company’s employees.
Input and update payroll data in the system, including hours worked, benefits, and deductions.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies before final submission
manages sickness and provident fund files with the insurer
record keeping and reporting
maintain accurate payroll records for future references and audits.
Prepare payroll-related reports as directed by the payroll manager.
Assist in year-end processing and reconciliation of payroll records.
Compliance and verification
help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
Check the data entered according to the defined internal process
participate in audits and reviews by providing necessary payroll data.
Keep up to date with the latest payroll processing changes and standards.
Filling and storing data in accordance with gdpr compliance standards
employee records management
produces time and attendance systems (certificates, attestations,.) before transmission to the sites
carries out post-payroll operations (declarations, accounting)
enters or loads evp (time and attendance system interface, ag)
produce summaries (queries) for control purposes...
Provide level 2 support to the hr department on employee issues
